These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unstuckhomes.com (the "Site") and the services of Unstuck Homes LLC ("Unstuck Homes," "we," "us"), 8595 Pelham Rd, Ste 400 #618, Greenville, SC 29615. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Unstuck Homes is a real estate solutions company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, law firm, lender, credit counselor, or government agency. We do not list homes for sale.
No professional advice
Information on the Site, in consultations, and in roadmaps is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or credit advice. Talk with a licensed attorney, tax professional, or HUD-approved housing counselor (1-800-569-4287) about your specific situation.
Consultations and roadmaps
Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Roadmaps are informational plans based on what you tell us. We do not guarantee any result, including that you will avoid foreclosure, sell your home, or receive a particular price.
How we work with sellers
If you choose to sell, we may enter into a purchase contract with you and assign that contract to a third-party buyer for a fee. We disclose any assignment and fee in writing before you sign. You are never obligated to sign.
Investors and buyers
Joining our buyers list does not guarantee access to any deal. We may verify proof of funds and closing history before sharing deals. Every deal is subject to its own written agreement.
Communications
By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. By submitting a story, photo, or other content, you grant Unstuck Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and our social media for the purposes you agreed to. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing tala@unstuckhomes.com.
Unstuck Neighbors
Use of Unstuck Neighbors is also governed by our Neighbors Terms & Volunteer Waiver, which is part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, impersonate anyone, harass others, post unlawful content, scrape the Site, or interfere with its operation. We may remove content or block access at our discretion.
Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services such as GoFundMe and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
Disclaimer
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unstuck Homes and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, our services, Unstuck Neighbors, or any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unstuck Homes from claims arising from your submissions, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
