Information you give us: name, phone, email, property address, county, details about your situation, stories, photos, GoFundMe links, and messages. Automatic information: device and browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations; to prepare options and roadmaps; to share your property details with vetted buyers when you ask us to help you sell; to run Unstuck Neighbors; to send messages you agreed to; to improve the Site; and to meet legal obligations.
Text messaging
We send text messages only if you opt in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with buyers or partners you ask us to connect you with; with service providers who help us operate (such as website hosting, CRM, email, and mapping), who may use it only to provide services to us; publicly on Unstuck Neighbors, limited to the first name, county, story, photo, and GoFundMe link you agreed to publish; with a homeowner when you send an "Offer help" message (your name, email, phone if provided, and message); and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the Site. Our map is provided by Google Maps, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work.
